A Word from Patricia

In a therapeutic setting, we work together on a variety of strategies and approaches based on the individual's needs, ranging from psychotherapy work to more self-exploratory intervention; I closely work with clients to help them determine how they can get the most out of their counseling experience.

I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Brief Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, and Strength-Based modalities. As a bilingual therapist, I also hold a multicultural and culturally sensitive lens. Therapy can be complex at times, but everything I do is done with intention and fidelity to make your experience productive.
