Margaret Picou, LCSW

Margaret holds credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Texas and Louisiana. Her background includes a Masters Degree in Social Work, with a focus on Direct Practice in Mental Health and a BA Degree in Psychology both from Louisiana State University.

She has experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, fear, relationship issues, grief and loss, depression, and improving motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Other areas of focus include family conflicts, coping with life changes, abandonment, abuse, physical health and illness, codependency, forgiveness, guilt and shame, life purpose, social anxiety, fear, anger, and women's issues.
