I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University and am currently working toward my LCSW. I’m passionate about supporting individuals through life’s major transitions with compassion, connection, and care.
In addition to my training as a social worker, I’m a certified postpartum doula and childbirth educator. I consider it a true privilege to support parents as they navigate the complexities and changes of early parenthood. I also have experience working with children from elementary age up through the teen years.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I work collaboratively with clients to build resilience, gain clarity, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges with confidence. My practice is holistic and grounded in client-centered, strengths-based care. I also integrate mindfulness and somatic approaches to support healing and foster deeper self-awareness.
