Audra is credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Colorado. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary in 2024.

Audra has over 11 years of experience in the corporate world with a first career in the insurance industry.

Audra enjoys working with adults 18+, of any age and stage, both individuals and couples. Audra is passionate about working with adult clients to attend to their mental and emotional health by incorporating curiosity, humor, and warmth in the relational context of counseling. Establishing a strong working relationship, exploring the client's history and sense of self, and setting goals are vital components of her therapeutic work with clients. The primary modalities she incorporates during sessions are CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method.
